Use this page to cancel MetaTana Pro or, if you live in the EU or the UK, to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. You don't need to sign in to cancel by email.
Cancel Pro
You can cancel any time. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for and doesn't renew. Your files, NFO, artwork and edits stay where they are.
Cancel subscription opens the Polar billing portal, where you confirm. The same button is in Account › Billing. If you can't sign in, email support@watari.dev from the address you use for MetaTana and say you want to cancel. We reply with the date and time we got your request.
Withdraw From A Purchase (EU And UK)
If you live in the EU or the UK, you can withdraw from a Pro subscription or an AI credit pack within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason.
Send the email from the address you use for MetaTana, with your order number if you have it. We refund you within 14 days of hearing from you, to the payment method you used, through Polar.
Refunds
If you withdraw from Pro within 14 days and you ticked Start Pro now at checkout, you pay for the days you used and we refund the rest. If you didn't tick it, you get a full refund. Unused AI credits from a pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. If something we sell doesn't work as described, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law and the law where you live. See the Terms for details.
