These are the exact texts of our Terms, Privacy Policy and the agreement texts we show at checkout and in the app, one plain-text file per version. When you agree to one of them, we record its version and its SHA-256 fingerprint, so anyone can check which words were shown.

Checking A Copy
Download a file and run shasum -a 256 file.txt on macOS or Linux, or Get-FileHash file.txt in Windows PowerShell. The result matches the SHA-256 above when the file is unchanged.
Versions of the Terms and Privacy Policy from before 18 October 2026 are not in this list yet. Email support@watari.dev and we will send you the version you need.
